Scotland soccer supporters to invade Amsterdam
Scotland supporters look ready to invade Amsterdam after Scotland and the Netherlands were drawn to play each other in the World Cup 2010 qualifying campaign.
The last time both countries met was in 2003 for a play-off for the 2004 European Championships. Scotland had pulled off a shock victory 1-0 in the first leg at Hampden Park but a Nistelrooy hat-trick gave Netherlands a place in the 2004 Championships in their 6-0 win in Amsterdam.
Scotland and the Netherlands also face Norway, Macedonia, Iceland in Group 9 with only one from the five guaranteed a place in the final stages of the World Cup.
