Success for airways' travel loyalty scheme
GB Airways, the British Airways franchise partner, has reported huge success with a customer loyalty scheme that targets British homeowners abroad. The Privilege Programme scheme posts personal e-mails that rewards frequent travellers with unique access to flight deals. GB Airways operates 20,000 flights a year from Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester, and Bristol to destinations across Europe.
