Ryanair seems to hit problems with the OFT (Office of Fair Trading) once again, it seems, after it has been reported that the budget airline's website has been breaching official 'fare clarity' rules for nearly a month.
Ryanair's website does not show prices including taxes and charges at the earliest opportunity. This flouts an OFT ruling made last year.
Regular flyers who have taken an interest in Ryanair's charges will be, we are sure, totally reassured by Ryanair blaming a "system failure" and saying that engineers were working to rectify the problem. The airline is showing an apology for failing to display the full price.
