Luxurious cruise from Nice to Venice
Bath Travel is offering a luxurious trip in September 2009. You can fly to Nice and join the Seven Seas Voyager cruise ship at Monte Carlo before sailing off to Venice with six nights on board. You then stay in the glorious Adriatic city for two nights before joining the Orient-Express train for the journey back to London.
En route from Monte Carlo to Venice, there are port calls at Civitavecchia for Rome; Sorrento; Naxos on Sicily; Corfu and Dubrovnik. The two nights in Venice are at the 5 star Molino Stucky Hilton Hotel.
For those with more time, you can avoid flying completely by joining the ship at Southampton and take in calls at Le Verdon in France; Bilbao; Lisbon; Cadiz; Gibraltar; Valencia and Barcelona before the ship docks at Monte Carlo. The rest of the cruise to Venice is as above. The ship leaves Southampton on 7th September 2009 and fares for the longer 20-night trip are from £7,599. All suites have a balcony.
The 9-day trip departure is on 18th September and fares are from £4,599 for those flying via Nice. Call Bath Travel on 01202 765406 for details.
